Legal Counsel – Munich

About the role

We are a leading global brand in smart baby gear seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Munich team. The role supports our EMEA businesses, providing pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice and ensuring compliance across commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies, procedures and systems.
• Manage legal disputes, litigation and coordinate external counsel.
• Support corporate governance, compliance and risk‑management activities.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on the business.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany or the UK.
• Minimum 7 years post‑admission legal experience, including at least 3 years in‑house.
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law; experience in compliance, regulatory, employment or IP is a plus.
• Fluent English; German proficiency highly preferred.
• Experience in an international or cross‑border environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
