Linux Systems Administrator – Cross Domain Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to design, deploy, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions for a U.S. Federal Government enterprise environment. You will enhance infrastructure, monitor performance, and translate metrics into actionable insights while supporting mission‑critical networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Linux‑based Cross Domain Solutions.
• Improve infrastructure using latest technologies and best practices.
• Monitor network performance and provide detailed analysis.
• Convert metrics into clear information for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members, sharing expertise and developing new methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to modernize the network and meet customer needs.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS.
• Experience managing virtual machines and VMware ESXi.
• Knowledge of Linux firewalls, networking configuration, and DNS.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years systems‑administration experience, or 12+ years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification within 60 days of start.
