Local Marketing Manager – French Parks

About the role

Storage24 is seeking a Local Marketing Manager to own and drive all marketing activities for its French park locations. You will be responsible for increasing visibility, generating leads, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the local brand experience across signage, OOH, in‑park materials, and Google Business Profiles.
• Plan and execute local campaigns tied to discounts, occupancy targets, and seasonal demand, tracking leads, CAC and ROI.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities for new park openings, including page setup, local ads, OOH and pre‑launch buzz.
• Maintain a local content calendar for social posts, blog articles and community storytelling.
• Build an event calendar, represent Storage24 at local events and B2B networking opportunities.
• Drive local PR, manage press relationships and increase share of voice in the French market.
• Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, leads, CPL and funnel conversion, providing insights to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and positioning, feeding insights back to marketing and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in local, field or regional marketing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Business Profile management and local SEO.
• Comfortable running paid and organic campaigns across search, social and offline channels.
• Experience with campaign performance tracking tools (GA4, HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously and prioritize based on data.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English for cross‑market collaboration.
• Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
