Marketing Executive – Email & Campaign Specialist

About the role

LGC, a global leader in life‑science tools, is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive email marketing initiatives and support product‑focused campaigns. You will work with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce to deliver compliant, on‑brand communications that generate measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, deploy and optimise email marketing campaigns using approved automation platforms and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain email templates, campaign assets, audience lists and testing plans in line with brand and compliance standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics and report insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements through testing, segmentation and enhanced measurement.
• Support product launches, portfolio promotion and the creation of marketing materials and digital assets.
• Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events, including pre‑ and post‑event communications, lead capture and post‑event reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, business, communications or a life‑sciences discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Understanding of campaign execution, audience segmentation, testing and performance tracking.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
