Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to drive the execution of large‑scale co‑marketing campaigns across multiple European markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, and campaign operations within an international B2B technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the sales‑enablement workstream of co‑marketing campaigns across Europe.
• Source, onboard, and manage SDR and external agency partners for outbound sales and lead generation.
• Transform campaign content into sales collateral such as landing pages, email sequences, newsletters, one‑pagers, and outreach materials.
• Coordinate copywriting, design, and development agencies to ensure timely, branded, and compliant asset delivery.
• Track budgets, maintain accurate reporting, and manage documentation for proof‑of‑performance.
• Align marketing activities with sales objectives to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth communication across workstreams.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, coordination workflows, and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or campaigns.
• Exposure to outbound sales, SDR operations, lead generation, or sales enablement.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
