Micro‑Kitchen Attendant

About the role

The Micro‑Kitchen Attendant ensures that employee break areas – the so‑called micro‑kitchens – are always well‑stocked, clean, and inviting. Working full‑time on‑site, you will manage supplies, maintain appliances, and interact with staff to provide a pleasant break experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and regularly restock snacks, beverages and other items throughout the day.
• Operate, clean and perform routine maintenance on coffee machines, kettles and related appliances.
• Keep shelves, refrigerators and other kitchen spaces tidy, hygienic and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders and ensure continuous product availability.
• Track employee consumption patterns to avoid over‑stocking and guarantee popular items are always on hand.
• Adhere to client merchandising guidelines and safety‑hygiene standards.
• Occasionally host workshops or product demonstrations for employees.
• Support internal company events, including setup, breakdown and breakfast/lunch service assistance.

Required skills

• Operation and routine maintenance of coffee machines and kettles.
