Mid Cap Vice President / Executive Director – Global Corporate Banking (Frankfurt)

About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President or Executive Director to join its Germany Mid‑Cap team within Global Corporate Banking. You will lead relationship development with private and listed companies generating $500 million+ in revenue, offering a full suite of corporate and investment banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities across a broad range of financial products and services.
• Act as primary relationship manager for complex, multi‑product client portfolios.
• Coordinate sales and service efforts with internal product specialists (DCM, ECM, M&A, Treasury, Derivatives, Private Banking).
• Represent Global Corporate Banking Mid‑Cap in local business communities and build referral networks.
• Collaborate with credit underwriting on analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation of credit requests.
• Maintain strategic dialogue with clients to generate ongoing investment banking, treasury and credit opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and J.P. Morgan policies.

Required profile

• Proven top‑performing individual contributor with a strong track record.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
• Leadership experience in Commercial Banking, Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of the German Mid‑Cap market.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic, able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Fluent in German and English.
