Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced, cloud‑native engineering team. The role focuses on building and maintaining large‑scale Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and GCP, supporting high‑traffic data‑driven platforms. You will work closely with development teams to improve deployment workflows and ensure reliable production performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure using GKE and EKS in production.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure deployments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using modern observability tools.
• Support and troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Kafka environments.
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Bash scripting.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across cloud and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
