Mobile App Developer – React Native

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Mobile App Developer to join acemate, an AI‑driven learning platform for higher and further education. As an early‑stage mobile engineer you will shape the user experience and architecture of our React Native application from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the mobile technical infrastructure, including state management, UI architecture and performance monitoring.
• Own feature development end‑to‑end, from coding and testing to deployment and production monitoring.
• Build scalable, offline‑first architectures using modern patterns such as MVVM or TCA, integrating tightly with AI services and backend APIs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improve startup time, render cycles and overall code maintainability.

Required profile

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React Native.
• Ability to take full ownership of features through production.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools while maintaining solid coding fundamentals.
