MRO Production Engineer – Germany (Airbus Projects)

About the role

Join a leading safety‑critical software company to support Airbus projects across multiple German sites. You will work in an MRO environment, ensuring aircraft maintenance, repair and production activities meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support aircraft maintenance, repair and production processes in an MRO setting.
• Analyse and review system issues detected during manufacturing or maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis on aircraft systems.
• Assist with system integration and validation activities in production and maintenance environments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and supply‑chain teams.
• Analyse operational data, track errors and follow up on technical issue resolution.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in MRO, airworthiness or design‑support roles within the aerospace industry.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory; German (C1) is a plus.
• Citizenship of a European country.
