Near Patient Nurse (Hybrid) – Stuttgart Region

About the role

This position is designed for experienced hospital nurses who seek a stable work‑life balance, no night shifts, and greater professional autonomy. Based in the Stuttgart region, you will work in a hybrid model, combining on‑site visits to hospitals with remote coordination of patient care across the TRICARE Overseas Program.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the clinical liaison between German hospitals and international medical teams, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Manage inpatient cases from admission to discharge, monitoring clinical progress and patient safety.
• Produce accurate, structured medical reports in English.
• Communicate clinical updates to physicians, nursing staff, and international stakeholders.
• Support patients in understanding diagnoses, treatment plans, and navigating the German healthcare system, providing bilingual assistance.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and contribute to quality assessments.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger) with at least 3 years of bedside experience in an inpatient setting.
• Active registration to practice nursing in Germany.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication, independent work style, and confidence with digital documentation systems.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region.
