About the role
This position drives the rollout and long‑term adoption of an AI‑powered fitness solution across enterprise gym networks in Germany. You will act as the central liaison between partnership, operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure new gym partners become active, engaged users.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end launch process for new enterprise gym partners, coordinating timelines and cross‑team activities.
- Develop and maintain standardized launch playbooks for scalable rollouts.
- Design and deliver onboarding and enablement programs for trainers and managers, including training sessions, scripts, and activation materials.
- Coordinate in‑gym activation initiatives such as QR campaigns, trainer‑led demos, and member engagement activities.
- Monitor adoption and performance metrics (member penetration, engagement, retention) and build dashboards to track progress.
- Collect structured feedback from partners and work with product teams for continuous improvement.
- Optimize launch and activation processes to support expansion across multi‑location gym networks.
Required profile
- Strong experience in project or operational management with multi‑stakeholder coordination.
- Proven background managing enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, or multi‑location business relationships.
- Ability to design scalable operational frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and driving data‑informed improvements.
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments involving product, marketing, operations, and engineering.
- Exposure to franchise models, multi‑site businesses, or distributed operational networks is highly valuable.
