Producer – Video & Graphic Creative Production

About the role

We are looking for a Producer to join our Creative Unit in Munich. You will oversee the end‑to‑end production of video and graphic creatives for large‑scale movie and streaming campaigns that reach millions of fans across more than 140 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workflows between editors, graphic designers, the production department and the Berlin‑based campaigns team.
• Organise all assets and materials required for each production, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients and translation agencies in English, handling multilingual projects in over 25 languages.
• Support or create editorial concepts and oversee quality checks of all delivered creatives.
• Collaborate with fellow producers to maintain consistency and standards across campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a producer for television or online media.
• Strong passion for movies and series and ability to handle sensitive content.
• Excellent organisational skills with a structured yet flexible mindset.
• Proven ability to work under time pressure and manage demanding international clients.
• Fluent in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
