Product Engineer – Frontend/Web

About the role

Flip is looking for a Product Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help shape the user experience of its AI‑powered employee platform. You will join a cross‑functional product squad and work closely with designers, product managers and engineers across backend, mobile and AI domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑quality, performant user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UX concepts into functional code.
• Participate in rapid prototyping, user problem discovery and validation of product ideas.
• Contribute to code quality, accessibility, and performance standards across the application.
• Extend work to backend or mobile components when feature requirements demand it.

Required profile

• Curiosity and adaptability with a willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
• Ownership mindset focused on user impact rather than ticket count.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants as part of the development workflow.
• Ability to work in an Agile, SaaS‑focused environment.

Required skills

• TypeScript
• HTML & CSS
• Experience with at least one framework/library such as Angular, React or Vue
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
