Product Manager – Product‑Led Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will turn our product into the primary sales channel by removing friction, driving activation, and creating love at first use. This role focuses on product‑led growth for our two‑sided marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product‑led growth strategy, including activation, onboarding, habit loops and expansion.
• Define metrics, run experiments and make data‑driven decisions, discontinuing ineffective features.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design and Data teams in an Agile environment.
• Identify and eliminate friction points across the consultant and client journeys.
• Work with Sales and Management to align product initiatives with revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in a marketplace or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated understanding and execution of product‑led growth principles.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with dashboards and metrics.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) and willingness to work on‑site in Berlin.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, analytics platforms).
