Production Assistant – Photo Production (Berlin)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and energetic Production Assistant to become the operational backbone of Numa’s photo production team in Berlin. You will work on‑site at our most beautiful properties, solving production questions in real‑time and collaborating directly with creatives to bring our brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for property photo shoots across European markets, including project board setup, crew travel, and accommodation.
• Act as the primary on‑site “fixer,” managing crew transport, catering, and immediate logistical needs during shoots.
• Maintain prop and equipment inventory, prepare technical gear, and handle packing and shipping of kits for remote locations.
• Support set styling, room preparation, and guest‑facing Matterport scans.
• Oversee post‑shoot wrap‑up, ensuring digital assets are organised, final files delivered, and props accounted for.
• Assist production administration by tracking freelancer invoices, managing expense accounts, and keeping a digital filing system.
• Facilitate communication between the production team and local property managers to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a production environment (photo, film, or events).
• Proven ability to manage travel, shipping, and scheduling for teams.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enjoys frequent travel across Europe and can thrive in a fast‑scaling tech‑hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English at a business level; additional languages are a plus.
