Production Technician – Drone Factory

About the role

You will join one of Europe’s largest drone production facilities as a Production Technician. Working on the factory floor, you will help build high‑quality drones and contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble drones and sub‑systems to strict quality standards.
• Support the setup, optimisation and daily operation of the assembly line.
• Perform incoming goods inspection, preparation work and inventory handling.
• Execute in‑process and final quality checks, document deviations and assist root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop assembly procedures, tooling needs and factory processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field such as mechatronics, electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, tools and production equipment.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented attitude with a fast learning curve.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• German language level B2 or higher and English language level B2 or higher.
