Registered Nurse – Flexible Resource Team

About the role

The Resource Team seeks a flexible Registered Nurse to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care across multiple specialty units. Working day shifts from 06:30 to 18:30, you will apply Baptist Health’s nursing process and training to deliver high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Float within your specialty or to other campuses within a 50‑mile radius as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least one year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to work day shifts and float between units or campuses.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – training provided if needed.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – training provided if needed.
• Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) – training provided if needed.
