Retail Merchandising Coordinator – Temporary (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Prada Group is looking for a passionate Retail Merchandising Coordinator to join its Munich head‑office on a temporary basis covering maternity leave. You will support the Retail Merchandising Team in Central Europe, helping to align product assortments with market trends and brand vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage selected product categories for the Central Europe region.
• Prepare reports, statistics and analyses on market trends, competitors and sales performance.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff.
• Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising to implement purchasing strategies and in‑store displays.
• Create presentations and evaluation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and delivering product training sessions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a trainee or intern in a luxury retail environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion and awareness of industry trends.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
