Sales Development Representative (DACH market) – remote from Germany

About the role

Join bsport, a fast‑growing boutique‑fitness tech platform, as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH market. You will work remotely from Germany, driving outbound sales initiatives and shaping the company’s growth strategy while benefiting from a clear career progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new accounts within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns and social selling.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over vetted opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM.
• Provide market feedback to refine the outbound approach for the DACH region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales development or a similar outbound sales role.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
