Senior Category Manager – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a strategic yet hands‑on Senior Category Manager to own and grow key consumer electronics categories. You will combine high‑level strategy with cross‑functional execution, leveraging data, technology and AI‑supported workflows to drive commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own full commercial performance of assigned categories, including P&L, inventory health, growth and profitability.
• Define and execute category strategies based on customer behavior, market trends, competitor dynamics and commercial opportunities.
• Optimize assortment quality, lifecycle management and availability to balance relevance, growth and unit economics.
• Drive pricing strategy and day‑to‑day pricing decisions in collaboration with Data Science and Pricing teams.
• Identify growth levers through deep performance analysis across traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, margin and operational metrics.
• Plan and execute commercial initiatives and campaigns with Marketing and CRM teams.
• Partner with Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Supply and Quality to improve category performance and customer experience.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and use AI tools and automation to accelerate decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, E‑Commerce, Retail, Consulting or a similarly analytical commercial role.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership, pricing and inventory management expertise.
• Highly analytical mindset, able to identify root causes and make data‑driven decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with large datasets and modern analytics tools.
