Senior Designer – Brand Adaptation & Guidelines Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior designer to lead brand adaptation and guideline implementation for Mercedes‑Benz across 33 markets. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the Global Content Team, the Innovation Lead, and extended creative partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality visual output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑level design projects and multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Develop and deliver creative work that adheres to brand guidelines, stays on budget, and meets deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with creative partners, core departments, and clients, presenting concepts persuasively.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and experiment with new tools, including AI‑driven design.
• Maintain obsessive attention to detail and ensure precision across all marketing channels.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven expertise in implementing brand guidelines and adaptation templates.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience creating channel‑agnostic designs for both digital and offline formats.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools is a plus.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
