Senior Designer – Visual Identity Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the evolution of think‑cell’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints. In this role you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on design to create cohesive, high‑impact visual experiences for our products and marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual language library to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management and other stakeholders on graphic design projects such as landing pages, product interfaces, ads, presentations, email templates, events and sales collateral.
• Drive design projects from concept through delivery for marketing campaigns, product feature releases, website pages, conversion funnels and more.
• Communicate design rationale and align visual solutions with business objectives.
• Create self‑service design solutions that enable rapid, consistent visual output across teams.
• Act as a design advisor, mentor junior designers and promote design‑thinking practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand storytelling and visual identity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience in a B2B environment, agency or design studio.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across multiple channels.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong project‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide visual direction, guide projects and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to pixel‑perfect quality.
