Missions principales

• Lead the R&D process for high-end fully automatic coffee machines, driving technological innovation.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle, including detailed planning, BOM (Bill of Materials) management, and technical specifications.
• Design and optimize complex mechanical structures and components.
• Oversee the integration of plastic and metal molding processes to ensure manufacturing excellence.
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex engineering challenges throughout the production cycle.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in structural development for small domestic appliances (SDA).
• Specialized expertise in fully automatic coffee machines is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing complex project timelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working in international environments.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in Creo (Parametric CAD software).
• Deep knowledge of plastic and metal injection molding processes.
• Mastery of technical documentation and BOM management.
• Strong project management, time management, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools.
