Senior Project Manager – Data Centres

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major data centre projects across Germany, Sweden and Finland. The role is based with a specialist building‑envelope contractor and involves overseeing complex construction programmes from inception to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams through all delivery phases.
• Manage programme milestones, budgets and schedules to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor progress and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven senior project management experience in construction.
• Background in building envelope, façade or roofing works is preferred.
• Experience with data centre or other mission‑critical projects is desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
