Senior Project Manager – Operations & IT Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex operational, IT and business initiatives. You will ensure robust documentation, track progress, manage risks and support effective stakeholder communication across multi‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planning, coordination and monitoring support for large‑scale projects.
• Maintain accurate project plans, meeting notes, status reports and other documentation.
• Identify and schedule deliverables, milestones and tasks in collaboration with project leadership.
• Assist in defining scope, success criteria and key metrics.
• Monitor project cost and resource usage where appropriate.
• Escalate risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
• Respond to stakeholder requests for information and share best‑practice techniques.
• Collect feedback, produce lessons‑learned reports and advise project leads on methodology.
• Coach and support colleagues to build project management capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or technology.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance, R&D, EHS, regulatory, sales/marketing or supporting IT systems.
• Experience leading or supporting large, multi‑functional projects, integrations or acquisitions.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and monitoring tools.
• Experience with process mapping and implementation.
• Working knowledge of lean principles and transactional process improvement.
