Senior Project Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering technical solutions, ensuring project profitability, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project results while coaching and guiding team members.
• Maintain a reliable, communicative work environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced level of English.
• Based in Europe.
