Senior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Trusted Shops is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive business transformation across process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change. You will work within the Project Office, reporting directly to the CEO, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, and success criteria in partnership with sponsors, ensuring alignment with business cases or strategic objectives.
• Develop delivery timelines using agile or traditional methodologies, breaking down tasks for timely execution.
• Lead the formation of cross‑functional teams, identify internal and external resource needs, and manage project budgets.
• Track milestones and key metrics, assess risks continuously, and implement controls to keep projects on course.
• Maintain strong stakeholder alignment through proactive communication, expectation management, and regular status updates.
• Drive organizational change by fostering internal ownership, building advocacy, and supporting adoption of new processes or solutions.
• Ensure thorough documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle to reinforce sustainable outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Project Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital product environments.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with procurement and budget management of external resources.
