Senior Shopper & Marketing Manager

About the role

Join the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as a Senior Shopper & Marketing Manager. Based in Dusseldorf, you will lead the development and execution of shopper and trade‑marketing programmes that strengthen brand presence across all channels and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand campaigns into retailer‑specific activation plans, POS standards and toolkits that drive conversion in‑store and online.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery of shopper activations, collaborating with internal teams such as Operations for POS production and deployment.
• Work closely with retail partners and POS agencies to ensure plans are aligned, compliant and executed effectively.
• Lead external agencies and build strong partnerships with key customers and media partners.
• Connect brand, sales and category strategies into compelling customer‑facing activation plans.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in shopper and trade‑marketing within consumer‑goods or food sectors.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of retail activation, POS production and media partnership dynamics.
• Based in Dusseldorf and able to report to the Director Category Management EMEA.
