Senior Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help design, build, and maintain a highly available, scalable infrastructure that supports high‑traffic e‑pharmacy operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate robust infrastructure for real‑time transactions.
• Manage and optimise Linux‑based systems for performance and uptime.
• Orchestrate containerised workloads using Kubernetes.
• Maintain and improve cloud environments on OpenStack and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop automation scripts and IaC solutions for provisioning and deployment.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and security controls.
• Respond to incidents and mitigate security threats.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer in a high‑traffic environment.
• Strong Linux administration and shell‑scripting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, and GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
