Site Manager – Concrete Tower (Nationwide)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the set‑up and execution of concrete tower projects for wind turbines across Germany. You will be the primary on‑site contact, ensuring compliance with Nordex QHSE standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Organise site set‑up and manage daily operations from execution readiness to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to guarantee smooth and timely execution.
• Monitor productivity, resource allocation and on‑site quality, reporting progress according to governance guidelines.
• Maintain customer relationships at the site level and support the Project Manager in aligning expectations.
• Ensure contract execution, compliance with all parties and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Document project activities and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science, Energy) or equivalent wind‑industry experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in wind‑energy construction or related fields.
• Proven leadership abilities and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German at B2+ level.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel and work flexibly on‑site.
