Skilled Press Brake Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

The Press Brake Operator will ensure the smooth operation of press brake, laser and punch machines in a busy workshop environment. You will produce a wide variety of metal parts that are ready for welding and assembly, supporting the company’s extensive product range.

Key responsibilities

• Operate press brake, laser and punch machines according to detailed engineering drawings.
• Cut, form, and fold material to precise specifications.
• Measure and verify parts to ensure compliance with tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, reporting any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar metal‑fabrication role.
• Strong understanding of press brake, laser and punch processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
