About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital entertainment team in Germany. You will shape and deliver engaging, platform‑native content that turns trends, live moments, and cultural insights into measurable brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and maintain multi‑platform content calendars aligned with campaigns, live events and real‑time opportunities.
• Create and execute platform‑specific content for TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Facebook.
• Monitor trends, sports moments and internet culture to identify reactive content opportunities.
• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support creator selection based on audience relevance, performance and brand alignment.
• Drive community engagement while maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics and turn insights into optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with design, copy and acquisition teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in sports, entertainment, gaming or betting.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Facebook, including emerging trends.
• Deep understanding of meme culture and reactive, entertainment‑led social strategies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and fast‑moving creator ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Excellent organisational, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
