Store Director – Luxury Retail (Hamburg)

About the role

The Store Director will lead Saint Laurent’s flagship store in Hamburg, driving brand engagement, customer loyalty, and overall business performance. You will act as the face of the brand, ensuring an exceptional client experience while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and retain top client relationships to increase sales and brand loyalty.
• Lead the sales floor by example, providing active client engagement and visible leadership.
• Implement strategic action plans to achieve sales, profit, and P&L objectives.
• Define, monitor, and report on qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
• Provide market feedback and operational recommendations to headquarters.
• Maintain awareness of luxury retail trends, competitor activity, and client expectations.
• Foster a high‑performing team environment through transparent communication and collaboration.
• Coach, train, and develop team members for performance improvement and career growth.
• Manage delicate client situations and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
