Store Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will be the essential link between Levi's products and customers, supporting the management team and leading the store crew to meet sales and KPI objectives. You will help create an engaging shopping experience while driving profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run reports, analyse performance data and update management on progress.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Strong customer‑service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of store operations such as inventory, payroll and scheduling.
