Tax Manager - International Product Taxes

About the role

Trade Republic is seeking a Tax Manager to lead international product tax matters across its suite of financial products, including securities, crypto, current accounts and cards. You will work closely with Product and Growth teams to ensure tax compliance and drive product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams on tax aspects of new financial products.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for tax issues in all international markets.
• Drive tax‑related product changes from frontend to backend.
• Ensure compliance with local tax reporting obligations for customers and authorities.
• Coordinate with external partners such as financial institutions, service providers and tax advisors.
• Analyse current and upcoming tax legislation and implement necessary changes.

Required profile

• Background in tax with willingness to specialise in capital‑markets taxation.
• Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional European language beneficial.
