Technical Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical functions across the EMEA region. Based in the Stuttgart area, you will connect top SaaS and AI talent with a fast‑growing technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for product, IT, R&D and architecture roles, from requisition intake to offer negotiation.
• Source, screen and shortlist both active and passive candidates across the EMEA market.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to define talent needs and build robust pipelines.
• Ensure inclusive, transparent communication throughout the process and maintain compliance with legal and corporate policies.
• Provide regular progress updates and recruitment metrics to the Talent Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably in SaaS or AI‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of product management, software development, IT infrastructure and architecture roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
