Technology Support Specialist – Berlin

About the role

The Technology Support Specialist joins Ticketmaster's Enterprise Support team in Berlin, delivering technical assistance and on‑site installations for live events and venue operations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third‑party contractors to ensure seamless experiences for fans attending live shows.

Key responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster proprietary software and hardware such as ticket printers, handheld devices, and POS systems.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network equipment including wireless access points, switches and bridges.
• Upgrade and replace hardware/software as required, and perform testing and configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve issues remotely and on‑site, raising incidents in Ticketmaster’s incident management system.
• Track assets and update the asset management platform.
• Provide proactive maintenance to minimise service disruptions.
• Coordinate with clients before installations and lead third‑party contractors when needed.
• Deliver on‑site end‑user training and product demonstrations.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation and collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Required profile

• Trustworthy, dependable and able to work under pressure at festivals and outdoor events.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid clean driving licence.
• Flexible, adaptable and motivated to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required skills

• Networking knowledge (wired and wireless terminology).
• Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Android and iOS mobile platforms.
• Experience with ticket printers, handheld devices and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Configuration of wireless access points, network switches and bridges.
