Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe maximize the value of innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging training experiences, both online and in‑person, while supporting customer adoption and long‑term product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to clients throughout Southern Europe.
• Create, update, and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to align training with regional business priorities.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in international industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues.
• Contribute to professional development initiatives and continuous improvement within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Collaborative team player committed to high‑quality service.
• Based in Italy and willing to travel for on‑site training and events.
