About the role
The Vice President Global Accounts will lead the strategy and execution for one of the company’s most important customers worldwide. Initially focused on Europe and later expanding to the United States, the role reports directly to the Global Sales Leader and is responsible for driving sales growth, margin improvement, and long‑term partnership development.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a customer‑centric strategy that maximizes revenue and profitability across key accounts.
- Own P&L responsibility for the assigned global accounts, monitoring performance against targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in complex food and beverage groups.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated ingredient solutions.
- Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and new business development initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Global Sales Leader.
Required profile
- Proven senior experience (VP or Senior Global Account Director) within an ingredients or flavours business serving the food & beverage sector.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of managing large P&L responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with complex, multinational customers.
