Vice President, Sales EMEA

About the role

Octave’s Physical Security team is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, you will shape and execute the sales strategy to grow revenue across high‑value accounts and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on expanding revenue in critical accounts and new verticals.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partners, alliances, and new product opportunities.
• Lead a regional sales team of vertical managers, inside sales reps, and pre‑sales engineers, providing coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Build senior‑level relationships with key customers and act as an executive sponsor.
• Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, revenue forecasting and ensure alignment with corporate financial goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Services, Pre‑Sales and Marketing teams to drive market‑driven strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise‑level sales teams in the EMEA region.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior executives and partners.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
