Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

JD.com is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to take full charge of warehousing quality control, standardize processes, and boost efficiency in a fast‑growing global logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall management of warehousing quality control, ensuring process standardization and efficiency.
• Develop and optimise quality‑control strategies aligned with business needs, reducing error rates.
• Oversee on‑site warehousing operations, supervise processes, identify risks and ensure safety.
• Promote cross‑departmental communication to achieve quality objectives and support stable business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain or quality management.
• Relevant experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring or process optimisation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes and practical quality‑control experience.
• Ability to use data analysis tools for diagnosing problems and driving continuous improvement.
• Good business sense, awareness of logistics industry trends, and fluent English.
