Working Student – Webshop Operations

About the role

Join Grohe's Webshop Team at the European headquarters in Düsseldorf as a Working Student. You will support the end‑to‑end e‑commerce process, from front‑end UI optimisation to back‑end order management, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑level support for webshop operations, verify and troubleshoot sales orders in SAP Commerce, Adyen and SAP ERP.
• Assist the central team in designing requirements, testing new features and platform enhancements.
• Organise translations, support Europe‑wide marketing campaigns and optimise webshop content on the GROHE website.
• Perform data analysis with Tableau and Looker Studio to deliver actionable insights on performance and customer behaviour.
• Monitor digital trends to keep the platform aligned with best e‑commerce practices.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Business Administration, E‑Commerce, IT, Marketing or a related field.
• Initial work experience through an internship or previous working‑student role is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, communicative, open‑minded and organized.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
