About the role

We are seeking an AI Educator to join a fast‑growing remote media and education team based in Germany. In this hands‑on position you will explore the latest AI tools, build practical workflows, and turn your discoveries into engaging on‑camera lessons, tutorials, workshops, and live sessions for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Explore emerging AI tools, models, and workflows daily, identifying practical applications for learners.
• Develop, script, record, and publish video lessons, tutorials, guides, and other learning resources.
• Deliver high‑quality educational content on tight deadlines and production schedules.
• Host live office hours, workshops, and learning sessions, directly assisting members with real‑world challenges.
• Answer learner questions and provide actionable feedback on projects and workflows.
• Collaborate with the education team to convert new AI discoveries into courses, guides, and practical experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for AI with hands‑on experience using AI tools to solve real‑world problems.
• Confidence in creating on‑camera content, from scripting to recording.
• Strong communication and teaching ability to make complex AI concepts accessible.
• Curious, proactive, and experimental mindset with enthusiasm for testing emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving remote environment while maintaining high quality.
• Open to AI generalists or specialists with deep expertise in a particular domain.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or delivering workshops/webinars is a plus.
• Public presence through content creation, social media, YouTube, or a personal AI brand is desirable.
