Associate Director – Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the global Continuous Improvement Culture & Capability pillar within its One Operational Excellence system. You will shape how leaders and teams across the manufacturing network develop Lean capabilities, adopt coaching behaviours, and embed a high‑performance improvement culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the global CI Culture & Capability pillar, creating enterprise‑wide learning pathways and capability frameworks.
• Champion Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, PDCA, Hoisin, Value Stream Mapping, TPM and World Class Manufacturing.
• Coach senior leaders and teams to transition from reactive firefighting to structured problem‑solving.
• Design and roll out global train‑the‑trainer programmes and capability‑building solutions.
• Establish systems for best‑practice sharing, learning and capability development across markets.
• Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable cultural and performance transformation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement or manufacturing transformation.
• Proven success leading large‑scale Lean or culture transformation programmes across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex matrix organisations.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
