About the role
Biocytogen Boston Corp is a fast‑growing biotech company developing innovative antibody therapeutics across multiple disease areas. The Business Development Manager – Licensing will lead out‑licensing, co‑development and partnership initiatives, translating scientific assets into commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate external licensing, co‑development and structured transaction opportunities.
- Develop and present business cases with robust analyses, assumptions and risk assessments.
- Lead cross‑functional due diligence and alliance management, coordinating R&D, CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations and Finance.
- Drive negotiations, deal closure and ongoing alliance management.
- Contribute to the overall business development and licensing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Represent Biocytogen at industry, investor and partnering conferences and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech partners.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology or a related biomedical science.
- Strong background in antibody drug discovery and deep understanding of target validation and hit‑to‑lead optimization.
- Proven ability to interpret complex biological data (affinity, specificity, in‑vivo efficacy) and craft compelling licensing narratives.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to bridge global R&D and business communications.
