Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our PRADA boutique on Berlin’s famous Kurfürstendamm. In this role you will represent the brand’s heritage and innovation, delivering a personalized and memorable experience to every client who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively cross‑sell across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop‑floor presentation and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and loss‑prevention efforts.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a solid understanding of the luxury retail market.
• Commitment to an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
