Community and Creator Growth Manager

About the role

Mirelo AI is building next‑generation creative tools that generate realistic sound, speech and music from video. As the first hire focused on community and creator growth, you will own day‑to‑day community operations, engage creators, filmmakers and game developers, and turn insights into repeatable growth programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creator communications across primary channels (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Discord) and act as the voice of Mirelo.
• Design and execute outreach and activation loops to grow and retain the user base.
• Build scalable workflows, templates and processes for community operations while preserving authenticity.
• Develop incentive programs such as ambassador initiatives, creator spotlights and loyalty rewards.
• Produce engaging content (posts, videos, user showcases) to keep Mirelo at the forefront of AI video generation discussions.
• Track engagement and retention metrics, identify drop‑offs and continuously refine community systems based on data.

Required profile

• Genuinely curious about AI and creativity.
• Action‑oriented, clear communicator with an entrepreneurial “nothing is below me” mindset.
• Platform‑native, fluent in X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, YouTube and TikTok.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple workflows with urgency.
