Content Lead, EMEA Courses & Events

About the role

We are seeking a Content Lead for EMEA Courses & Events to shape and deliver high‑impact content experiences for talent and business leaders across the region. Operating in a remote‑first SaaS environment, you will sit at the intersection of content, brand, and community, driving event programming, educational initiatives, and thought‑leadership assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end content strategy and execution for EMEA events, conferences, courses, and educational programs.
• Develop presentation‑style content, workshops, and learning materials tailored to senior audiences.
• Own and scale courses and certification initiatives, keeping content relevant to industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs, external speakers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.
• Conduct audience and customer research to inform insight‑driven content strategies.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage operational aspects such as copywriting, campaign coordination, landing pages, and social media messaging.
• Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, events, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Significant experience in content marketing, content strategy, events, or community marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
• Strong expertise in creating presentation‑based content, educational programming, workshops, and event materials.
• Proven ability to manage and scale strategic content initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills adaptable to various audiences and channels.
• Solid understanding of SaaS products and ability to incorporate product positioning into content.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
