CT Assembly Site Supervisor – Wind Turbine Projects

About the role

Spencer Ogden is seeking experienced CT Assembly Site Supervisors to support a leading European wind turbine manufacturer in Germany. The role involves overseeing the installation of hybrid concrete‑steel tower bases for turbines with hub heights of up to 180 metres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site assembly work for German CT wind projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to installation teams, record crane usage times, and manage tooling inventories.
• Document any damages or discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain autonomous decision‑making while demonstrating strong leadership, with potential progression to site manager on future projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in wind‑energy construction.
• Proven experience on German CT projects or comparable turbine manufacturers (e.g., Max Bögl, Vestas, Enercon).
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary crews.

Required skills

• GWO certification.
